Banana Chocolate Chip Walnut Loaf
Another 'create my own' recipe, Banana is my favourite fruit of all time to add in desserts. Along with the slight sour cream flavour, it gives the dessert a different type of delight. As for the frosting, cream cheese glace, the pure white colour and smooth texture evens out the bumpy and dull look of the loaf.
