Mexican Stack
An easy, simple, tasty, and healthy meal -- The Mexican Stack; all ingredients ad be prepare ahead of time and all you have to do is assemble it when you are running out of time to make lunch in the morning. Some of the ingredients are: tortilla, lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado and beef. The beef can be made the night before and microwaved in the morning, and vegetables can be pre cut and refrigerated. One note on making the foods stack is to remember to drain out all the liquid so that the tortilla will not turn out soggy when you want to enjoy the food, stack. This project is probably one of my favourite out of the all i have made, how its so easy to make but still looks fancy.
