This bread is absolutely easy and can surprise other people by the pattern of the bread when people don't realize it is just the same as the braids that some girls do on their hair. I did a 4 strand braid just because i thought it was the one that I liked the most. I thought this lab went pretty well. I didn't have as much problem with un proportional dough ball this time because after i have braided the strands together, the thinner portions seemed to be covered up. One thing that I would change the next time i make this recipe is to remember to brush the sides of the bread as well instead of brushing the top of the bread only. I like the shiny look to the bread.
