Cloverleaf Bread
If you are a bread addict like me, you should definitely try this recipe. It has A super soft and fluffy texture, However, other than the texture, I personally think how the product looks is more important. I was hard to shape the bread in a way so that it looks appealing. What my groupmates and I did was this clover leaf bread.We used a greased muffin tin and place 4 small dough balls in each tin. after baking for 20 minutes or so, the bread should look some that like the on in the picture. Shaping the dough was pretty time consuming, considering how many little dough balls have to be rolled out for one tray of muffin tin. What i have found that was more challenging was to keep each dough portion the same size for an even looking bread without the assistance of a digital scale. this recipe if fabulous for dinner side when having soup. Toasting the bread again for a crispy texture the next morning can also make a good breakfast.
