Ice Cream Sandwich
Summer Time!! What could be better than having some ice cream sandwich under a boiling weather? Ice cream making is so much easier than what i thought it would be. After this experience of making ice cream, i just realized that ice cream is pretty much frozen cream with sugar. The flavour that our group chose was vanilla ice cream. For our recipe, we used the actual vanilla bean but not the artificial extract. Its amazing how a small amount of vanilla been could give the ice cream so much flavour. If i were to making this recipe at home myself. i would freeze the ice cream a little more before sandwiching it between the cookies so that i will have a firm structure and not melt.
